Population Control Strategies

The Population Control Strategies follow a tested and very effective five-step process

1.        Infiltrate the power structures;

They patiently corrupt the decision-makers in the target country with money and propaganda and turn them into a pampered and self-centered elites, who create and disseminate the ideas, attitudes and symbols that influence and appeal to the rest of the population:  The United Nations; The thousands of NGOs; The executive branches of the national and regional governments; The national court systems; The legislatures at the national and regional levels; The leaders/boards of associations with specific missions, including organized medical and legal professionals, foundations, and public interest groups;  The media; School leaders; the Clergy.

2.       Generate income to support population control activities;

Since 1995, “developed” nations have spent $175 billion on population control.[i] What Does $175 Billion Look Like? $175 billion could build good drinking water wells for the 337 million Africans who do not yet have clean drinking water as of 2018

3.       Promote worldwide abortion by eliminating “unsafe” abortion;

Since abortion is still repugnant to the people of Africa they pretend to care about the state of women’s health, by claiming that they want to eliminate “unsafe abortion.”  They trumpet the rhetoric that No Abortion = Violence against Women, No Abortion = Torture, All illegal abortions are unsafe, and all legal abortions are safe, thousands or even hundreds of thousands of women are dying of illegal abortions in target countries

4.      Generate frightening propaganda to convince the leaders and people of a nation that they will never advance without controlling their population.  This is seldom stated directly, so the population controllers emphasize “human rights” and “reproductive rights” while trumpeting grossly inflated numbers of deaths and injuries due to illegal abortions; and

5.      Stereotype and neutralize the opposition.  This always involves pre-emptive attacks on the Church and on politicians and national leaders known to be pro-life.

Clandestine Population Control Methods

1.  Spend Money on Population Control Instead of Clean Water.  Result:  182,500 African children under the age of five dying of waterborne diseases annually.[ii]

2.  Ban DDT under the guise of preserving the eggs of endangered bird species.  Result:  394,200 additional Africans dying of malaria annually.[iii]

3.  Aggressively Promote Condoms, with full knowledge that they frequently break, tear and slip off.  Result:  800,000 additional Africans dying of HIV/AIDS annually.[iv]

4.  Supply More Efficient and Deadlier Small Arms and Heavy Weapons to both sides of each African conflict.  Result:  Many more Africans dying in conflicts annually.[v]

5.  Genetically Modify Corn so That It Has a Contraceptive Effect.  The corporation Epicyte (which was subsequently acquired by Monsanto) developed and tested — but did not distribute — this corn in 2001.[vi]  But nobody knows what Monsanto is doing with it.

  1. Beware the Use of Aspirators for “Post-Abortion Care!”  The Post-Abortion Care Consortium (PACC) has admitted that providing post-abortion care with vacuum or manual aspirators was never their goal; their goal has always been to make an “entry point” for abortion legalization, since the aspirators can be used for abortions as well.[vii]
