life. And I have been asking the LORD to re-align me as HIS watchman. I am
grateful to be back.

1. The ACP-EU Trade Agreement
You
could have seen viral videos and articles of the Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa making
a firm stand against the Homosexuality and Abortion. The Deputy Speaker of
Parliament, Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa lead a Delegation of 6 Ugandan to attend
The 61st Session of the OACPS Parliamentary Assembly
(26-28 October 2022) and then the 42nd Session of the ACP-EU Joint
Parliamentary Assembly (29 October -2 November 2022) in Maputo, Mozambique, where Parliamentarians inter alia,
deliberated on how to get ACP Country Leaders to SIGN the EU-ACP Trade
Agreement Between European Union and African, Caribbean and
Pacific Countries.
It is during the ACP-EU Joint
Parliamentary Assembly that Rt. Hon Tayebwa boldly emphasized that African
Values were not for sale and that the Ugandan Parliament would be never
domesticate/Approve the EU-ACP Trade Treaty as long as it promoted
Homosexuality and abortion and other harmful practices.
The Treaty, if ratified in its current form would lead to the
automatic legalization of Abortion, Homosexuality, Prostitution,
Pornography, and Parental, Cultural and Religious Persecution and so
on. Parliaments in the African, Caribbean and
Pacific states are required to ratify the Treaty for it be legally binding. The EU-ACP Trade Treaty is a 20-year treaty governing trade and economic relations between the EU
and countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP) Signed in February
2000. It was to expire in 2020 but was extended until a new 20-year agreement
can be put in place called the ACP-EU Agreement. Negotiations for a new 20-year ACP-EU
partnership began in September 2018 and ended April 15 of 2021. The provisions
of the Regional Protocols shall be legally binding on the [EU Party] and on the
Parties that are in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific respectively. Click

2. The Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria
and South Africa
The forty-first session, which
marks the start of the 4th cycle of the Working Group on the Universal Periodic
Review started on November 7 and will end on November 18 2022. The African
countries are Tunisia, Morocco, reviewed
on November 8; Algeria, reviewed on November 11 and South Africa due for November

The UPR is a unique process
which involves a periodic review of
the human rights records of all 193 UN Member States. It provides a forum for
nations to review each other’s human rights records, with input from civil
society. Rather than relying on outside experts to critique government’s
performance, the UPR brings to bear a sort of peer pressure on governments. It
encourages them to work harder to protect human rights, offers best practices,
and exposes shortcomings.
Sadly the Sexual Rights Activists have used the UPR to advance
the Sexual Revolution by giving recommendations that are Anti-Family and later
pressurize countries to implement them by tying funding to them e.g a number of
UPR recommendations on SOGI are issued to countries. SOGI is Sexual Orientation
and Gender Ideology i.e Homosexuality & it's related vices. E.g Human Rights Gone Awry: A Case
of Uganda’s UPR in January 2022, Tunisia Recommendations and Morocco Recommendations
Prayer on the UPR
Now David had been told,
“Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” So David prayed, “Lord,
turn Ahithophel’s counsel into foolishness.” 2 Sam 15:31
Absalom and all the
men of Israel said, “The advice of Hushai the Arkite is better than that of
Ahithophel.” For the Lord had determined to frustrate the good advice of
Ahithophel in order to bring disaster on Absalom. 2 Sam 17:14
When Ahithophel saw that
his advice had not been followed, he saddled his donkey and set out for his
house in his hometown. He put his house in order and then hanged himself. So he
died and was buried in his father’s tomb. 2 Sam 17:23
Lord we pray for Pro-Family Outcomes from this 41th session the
UPR
LORD we thank you for the original cause of the UN system and we
lament that it's been over taken by the enemy.
Lord we commit to you the UN Geneva Delegation and the
Governments of Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and South Africa. We petition you
empower them to stand strong to refuse all Anti-Family related UPR
recommendations received during their respective reviews.
LORD raise up and empower Hushai countries to frustrate the
recommendations of the Ahithophel countries
LORD cripple the weapons such as Dollars, Bullying, Intimidation
& Blackmail used by the Sexual Rights Activists to force homosexuality and
abortion on countries
LORD we commit to you the Government officials in Tunisia,
Morocco, Algeria and South Africa responsible for handling the UPR responses,
and ask you to empower them to accept Pro-Family recommendations and reject all
Anti-Family recommendations.

For those in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and South Africa, Engage the Government officials responsible for the UPR
responses i.e The Attorney General, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Parliamentary
Committee on Human Rights, Cabinet, Minister of Justice etc. Ask to meet them
and mention your concerns.

3. The UN General Assembly (UNGA)
The UN
General Assembly is discussing a treaty on crimes against
humanity that could be used to fine and jail religious conservatives
and anyone who objects to the homosexual and transgender agendas. The new draft treaty,
prepared by the International Law Commission, discards a longstanding
definition of gender in international law as “the two sexes, male and female,
within the context of society.” The definition, always disliked by
progressives, has stood in the way of homosexual and transgender activists for
over twenty years. Dropping that definition of gender in the new treaty on
crimes against humanity could open the door to the prosecution of anyone who
objects to homosexual and transgender ideas, behavior, or practices.
This is Homo-Fascism, i.e When the Homosexual Movement Achieves Power
In a few countries and cities in the world, the goal of the
“gay” movement has advanced beyond favored status to supremacy. Of course,
homosexual activists in these places don’t use the terms “favored status” or
“supremacy,” but continue to pretend their goal is “tolerance” or “acceptance.”
Supremacy is the stage in which “gay” activists and their allies take effective
control of most or all of the centers of power of a government or other
organization. Wherever they have achieved this level of control they use their
power to suppress and/or punish those who openly disapprove of the “gay”
lifestyle or agenda. Pro-family activists have coined the term “homo-fascism”
to describe this. One of the first to use the term is Pastor Ralph Ovadal of
Wisconsin, who defines the term as follows:
Fascism is a political system whereby all opposition to and
dissent from the government is disallowed and crushed. Fascism is a philosophy
which tolerates no deviation from an established norm, that being the dictates
of a powerful elite. Fascism is opposed to the eternal, unchanging, objective
law of God and is based on the subjective desires and goals of those who have
the power to crush their opposition. In many Western nations, a form of fascism
has taken root and presents a clear, present, and growing danger to Christian
liberty and the Church of Jesus Christ. This force for evil may justly be
referred to as “homo-fascism” due to the fact that those espousing and driving
it have as their goal to demonize, marginalize, and silence any criticism of or
opposition to homosexual acts and the sodomite agenda. Already Christians in
many countries are being arrested for preaching what the Bible teaches
concerning homosexual acts. The machinery of tyranny is being put into place (“The Looming Specter of Homo-Fascism,” message given at
